The founder of Embrace Wellness, yoga teacher, space-holder, and someone who believes wholeheartedly in the power of slowing down. My journey into yoga wasn’t dramatic or glamorous; it was a series of small moments where my body and heart knew there was a different way to how I was feeling. A way that felt softer, more intentional, and rooted in presence rather than urgency.
I started practicing yoga because I needed a space where I could breathe again — a space where I didn’t feel rushed, judged, or overwhelmed by the noise of everyday life. Over time, that practice became a safe haven, then a passion, and eventually a calling to help others find that same kind of refuge.
Today, I teach slow flow, yin, restorative, and seasonal classes for all levels. My style leans toward gentle movement with purpose — the kind of practice where you can feel your nervous system exhale and your mind settle. I love integrating breath, mindful pauses, supportive props, and intuitive sequencing. I’m especially drawn to the quieter side of yoga: the long holds, the soft landings, the deep release that comes from simply being with yourself.
I have passion for creating classes that feel cozy, grounding, and personal. I believe you don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to belong here. You just need to be human.
At Embrace Wellness, I host slow flow classes, yin + restorative series, sound immersions, seasonal workshops, and unique offerings that help people reconnect with themselves. I love curating experiences that blend movement, rest, creativity, and community — and I’m always dreaming up something new!
Outside of teaching, I’m someone who appreciates the little things: my family, warm light, slow mornings, being barefoot, and good conversation. I’m excited to share more of that here — not just classes and events, but also blog posts, gentle reminders, reflections, and the behind-the-scenes of building a life and studio rooted in presence.
